FAQ's

Pre-Orders are items that are not in my posession at the time you place your order.

* If you mix in stock items with pre-ordered items when you check out, your in stock items will not ship until all of your pre-orders are here. You may choose to have them ship separately by contacting me and paying for the additional shipping costs.

* Pre-Order listings should have the ETA of the item. The date is always the best info I have. It is not a guaranteed date. If I ever get any updated information with a date change, I will update the listing.

* Pre-Orders are final sale unless defective.

I have a partnership with another location that hold some of my inventory, so sometimes your order will ship directly from them instead of from me. Sometimes those product descriptions will say "Imported, but worth the wait."

If you have items from the warehouse AND my location in your order, you will get your order in two separate packages.

I take pride in the fact that I have a very low return/exchange rate for Just Wear the Dress! I believe the return rate is so low because I make sure to have sizing suggestions in each description, and I am always here for you to answer questions you may have.

BUT, sometimes things just don't work out, and when that's the case you have some options to return for store credit or exchange for a different size. (Provided the items qualifies.)

Returns/Exchanges can be made within 5 days of delivery (or from the time you were notified it was ready for pick-up) with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition for store credit. The buyer is responsible for both shipping the exchange item back and new item out unless returning due to defective item. The item(s) must be on its way back to JWTD within 3 days after completing the return form.

Store credit is good on any item(s) currently in stock, not pre-orders.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order. You will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee.
