I ship from Waxhaw, NC within 1-4 business days from the moment you place your order! I'm just as excited as you are to get your items to you to start enjoying!

Your order may be shipped via the USPS (First Class or Priority) or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package.

Shipping time once your package is on its way to you depends on which option above is used and how far you live from North Carolina.

I know no one likes to pay for shipping! So, I offer it FREE on all orders over $100. Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $8.95 no matter how big your order!

Just Wear the Dress is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office or UPS. If USPS or UPS confirms delivery to the correct address, I am unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Just Wear the Dress will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

Just Wear the Dress is also not responsible for packages lost by the carrier, but I will do what I can to file a missing package claim on your behalf or provide you with the information you need in order to do so.

I also offer pickup for my local customers (just choose this option at checkout) at my home in Waxhaw, NC. Just place your order, and when it's ready for pickup (within 2-3 business days), you'll get an email letting you know where to come to get it!

Returns


If anything is ever incorrect, missing or damaged upon arrival, please let me know right away (please check your items within 3 days of receipt) by emailing me at justwearthedress@gmail.com or use the contact form HERE.

EXCHANGES can be made within 5 days of delivery (or from the time you were notified it was ready for pick-up) with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition for store credit. 

In order to initiate the return, the buyer needs to fill out the return/exchange form located here. https://form.jotform.com/80904313346149

Buyer is responsible for both shipping the exchange item back and new item out unless returning due to defective item.

The item(s) must be on its way back to JWTD within 3 days after completing the return form.

Store credit is good on any item(s) currently have in stock, not PreOrders.
